Sizing


I see the sizing guide, but I am still not sure of my size. What should I do?

We have access to a live online chat or you may also email us at help@aqueapparel.com. If you send us an email with your height, pant and bra size we'll get in touch with you telling you the size that would fit you better.


What sizes do we have?

Our sizes range from XS to XXL but if there is still any doubts consult the size on each product. We also suggest you to be aware of your pant size and height, is very important for choosing the right size, specially swimwear.


 

Shipping and Returns


To what countries do we ship?

We’re headquartered in Spain but we ship worldwide.


Could I exchange or return an item?

Of course, we will try to do everything we can to make sure you feel comfortable with our products and services.

To return or exchange an item is easy, just follow the instructions found here.

Remember you will have 20 days since you receive your first order to make any exchange or return.


How long does the delivery take?.

  • Spain and Portugal 24- 48 hours.
  • Ceuta, Melilla, Canary and Balearic isles 4-5 days.
  • Europe 24-48h.
  • Rest of the world 48-72h.

Could I track my order?

Yes, when we ship your items we will send you a tracking number and through the carrier’s website you will be able to track the shipment.


What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If you are out when it arrives you may have to call the carrier to get details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

    What should I do if I get a faulty or incorrect item?

    Aqüe only sells products that are in perfect conditions. All of our products go through rigorous quality control tests; however, if you do receive an item with a defect or that is not the one you ordered, we ask that you please do not use it and that you  get in contact  with our Customer Service team at help@aqueapparel.com


     

    How long does it takes to receive a refund?

    Once we your package, we will check it and proceed to refund you the product price if everything is in perfect conditions. Then we will notify you by email that the refund is approved and you will see the amount in your bank account in the next 5 working days, depending on your financial entity.

      Are the swimsuits and activewear items see-through?

      No, all of our swimsuits contain a double layer fabric and are tested right before they are put out for sale. Also our activewear items are tested to proof they do not see-through.


      Do they dry quickly?

      Yes, our material dries quickly.


      How do I wash my swimsuit?

      We suggest that to extend the lifetime of your item you should not put it in the washing machine but rather wash it by hand. Anyway all our products have a washing information, you can find it in the "composition and care" of each product detailed in the website.

      Is it possible to receive email update concerning Aqüe’s latest offers and product releases?

      Yes, simply sign up to our Newsletter. You will receive information on the newest products and on updates to the blogs. (You’ll receive truly interesting content).


      How could I confirm that my order has been put through?

      Once you have finished your purchase you should receive a confirmation email. In case you don’t receive it we suggest that you check your spam folder. If not, get in contact with our Customer Service team through: help@aqueapparel.com. And we will respond as soon as possible.


      Could I modify my order or shipping details after I’ve made the purchase?

      Of course you can, just send us an email to help@aqueapparel.com with your order number and the changes you would like to have and we will try to help as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.


      What forms of payment are accepted?

      We’ve made sure that you can securely make a payment through our site. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress) as well as Paypal.
